I have been staying at G Hotel regularly, and it never fails to impress. From the moment I step in, the warm hospitality and impeccable service make me feel right at home. The staff are always welcoming, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-appointed, spacious, and always spotlessly clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciate the thoughtful amenities and attention to detail that make each stay enjoyable. The location is fantastic—conveniently situated near the shopping mall. One of the highlights of my stays is the breakfast—delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options to suit every taste. The hotel’s facilities, including an infinity pool, gym, or a great lounge, add to the overall experience, making it a perfect place to unwind. It’s rare to find a hotel that consistently delivers such high standards. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Penang and look forward to many more stays in the future!

Stayed 2 nights at G Hotel Kelawai in the Executive Premier room, and honestly, it was amazing! The room was spacious, super clean, modern, and had everything I needed, from a coffee machine to a free minibar that’s restocked daily (loved getting extra snacks and drinks!). As a solo traveler, I felt really safe and comfortable here. The bed was super cozy, and the room lighting was perfect whether I wanted to work or just chill. Plus, bathtub with view from the room was beautiful, especially at night. Had dinner at Spoon Café & Resto , lots of food options from local dishes to international ones. Everything tasted great, and the service was fast and friendly. Totally worth it if you just want to relax and enjoy a good meal. The hotel’s location is also perfect, just a short walk to Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon. Super easy to find food or just take a stroll. And don’t miss the rooftop infinity pool with cityview swimming with that city view was such a vibe. Definitely would stay here again if I’m back in Penang!

A Fantastic Stay at G Hotel Kelawai! My recent stay at G Hotel Kelawai in Penang was absolutely wonderful, and I can't recommend it enough, especially during the school holiday peak period. From the moment we arrived, the experience was delightful. The check-in process was incredibly pleasant, with staff who were genuinely welcoming and friendly. A lovely touch was the complimentary ice cream provided upon arrival – a truly delightful surprise that made us feel instantly at ease. Our room was everything we could ask for: clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was a dream, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. We also really appreciated the free minibar, which was a nice bonus. The hotel's location is truly excellent. Being right next to both Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon malls made it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. We loved being able to walk to everything! Considering it was a school holiday peak period, we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the price was for such a high-quality stay. G Hotel Kelawai offers exceptional value for money. Overall, G Hotel Kelawai exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Penang!

Nice hotel nestled between paragon and gurney plaza. Perfect for shopping. The executive room is spacious and clean with enough power outlets. Water pressure in the shower is strong. Minibar is free and replenish daily. The infinity pool at level 24 was narrow but with enough length for doing laps. Laundry service was superb. Because we stayed at the executive room we had 6 complimentary laundry pieces everyday. The clothes were all came back pressed in an individual plastic covers. They have complimentary bicycle that we didn’t use so we couldn’t comment on that. Breakfast buffet each day had little variety so people wouldn’t get bored easily with wide range of selection of warm and cold food and drinks and traditional dished and desserts. However the evening cocktail hours by the bar next to the pool was quite basic and the staffs could be better trained. We couldn’t find staffs for refilling our wine and they didn’t seemed happy when we helped ourselves. We tried the executive lounge at G hotel gurney and it was more like the executive lounge we used to.
