I had a pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta. The location is excellent, with easy access to upscale shopping malls and dining options. The staff were attentive, helpful, and genuinely made an effort to ensure a comfortable experience. However, being on a main road means there's quite a bit of traffic noise, which can be a disturbance, especially at night. I believe installing soundproof windows would significantly enhance the guest experience. Overall, it's a great choice for its convenience and service, but some improvements in noise insulation would make it even better.

Really enjoyed my stay at Four Points. The location is super strategic, right in the city center and easy to walk to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. The city view from the room was nice too. Food was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Towels smelled fresh, and the bed was so comfy. Great value and perfect for a holiday. Would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I had a pleasant stay here. Room was nice, clean and comfy. We enjoyed our breakfast which had variety of choices : Indonesian and Western cuisine. The location really strategic. All staff really helpful and friendly, especially Citra. Thank you all for made our holiday a good one!

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Thamrin, Jakarta from 2nd to 4th May 2025 for a work trip, and were truly impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff—especially Nana. Her friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine care made our short stay feel incredibly special. In just a couple of days, she made us feel at home, like part of a family. Thank you Nana for the outstanding service and heartfelt connection. It was truly amazing and I hope the other guests had the chance to experience the same from her. - megat
