What a nice of new hotel!
Very recommended and very friendly staff. It was a good and heart warming stay. There was a pool with kids plunge, free coffee and tea at the lobby also. The room key was using modern technology (by card) so no doubt with the safety. The one which was convenience me was the distance to airport just 5 minutes walk. And also there is nearby groceries 50 meter from this hotel to buy my stuff. RECOMMENDED

21 Apr 2025, booked this hotel as it was the nearest and cheapest one of all to Bali airport. Counter staff do not speak english, room floor is dirty like did not clean at all. Alot of Mosquitos in the room.

Close to the airport and spacious rooms. Service sucks. We asked for a 6AM checkout and there was no one there. A sign with a number on the desk. We had to call 5 times for someone to show up on a scooter 10 mins later. There is no one at the hotel at night which doesn't feel safe. No extra lock on the door doesn't help. Fleece blanket without any covers feels dirty.

I stayed from 9th of March to the 1st December at this place, room was fine, mattress is uncomfortable. What disappoint me the most is the management. They didn’t even ASK me but TOLD me that i need to check out in such short notice when i barely even have the time to find a new place, which is in 3 weeks. Back to the day i checked in, they asked if they could count the monthly payment on the first day of the month and i agreed for that and that’s the only reason they told me to. Prior my check out day i told them that i can only checkout on the 2nd because of the availability of my new room, despite my check in was on the 9th, they still charged me for daily because of their policy that they didn’t even mention before. I don’t mind paying extra fee if they’ve told me all their policies before i checked in to begin with. They didn’t apologize, they just deduct my deposit to pay the extended stay.
Second, the staffs are poorly trained and lack of customer service and hospitality skill. One guy staff took my bin just because a cat made a mess of it, think that it’s some kind of a “teaching” method for me which is weird and such an idiotic solution.
Lack of communication between the staffs.
