Very nice place. Friendly and smiling staff. The place has a nice relaxing feeling and the food is great. You can enjoy the show of monkeys playing on the fence while relaxing at the pool. Watch out for mosquitoes.

We stayed for 3 Days in Elephas during our Honeymoon. Everything was fine and it was the best Hotel from 7 during our 12-Days stay in Sri Lanka. The people were really warmly and the food was really good. We loved the bread for breakfast. We will come back and relax in the pool eating bread ?

Decent hotel with friendly staff. Easy access to the location and surrounded by nice greenish paddies and a small lake. Clean pool with nice view. Moderate buffet arrangement with mid range variaties. Food is not "Wow" but OK. Additionally propose to mend some broken cupboards because it won't be a good impression . Overall Great service and value for the spent !

We went on an official outbound training organized by Cinnamon Hotels and resorts in partnership with Daash Global. Staff were helpful, Food was great (Hot dishes and desserts). Rooms were clean. Well maintained resort. Will visit again when time permits.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pretty enjoyable experience overall. The rooms are very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made for a comfortable stay. While the A/C in our room was a bit old and not very powerful, we were able to stay cool by using the fan as well. One of the highlights was the pool — it was clean and refreshing, especially in the hot climate. Every room seems to have a lovely view, and we were lucky enough to spot some wildlife from our balcony, which was a nice bonus! The hotel also offers WiFi with decent speed, which was convenient for staying connected. The restaurant serves buffet meals, though I felt the variety could be improved a bit. That said, the food was still good. What really stood out was the guest service — the staff were incredibly nice and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it’s a great place to relax, especially if you enjoy nature and a peaceful environment.
