We came here twice because we were so happy with it. The rooms are super nice, have everything you need and a nice design. The staff is friendly and supportive. We loved spending time at the pool which has a gorgeous view on the skyline. The gym is also perfect. The location is great and there are many good food and breakfast options close by. Value price was also very good. So we were super happy with everything.

A great hotel, conveniently located with super helpful and polite personnel. Rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. We stayed in this hotel in two different occasions during our travel in Thailand because we liked it so much. The only point of improvement would be the laundry prices, they were pretty expensive as they go per item. I had to wash a sweater and it cost 200 baht, which was a bit disproportionate. The sweater came back spotless and ironed though.

My husband and I stayed at Deluxe King for 3 nights. The hotel is new - about 2 years old at time of this review. Room is spacious and we like the clean linen and bathroom amenities. We had a room opposite the lift but it was quiet and we could rest in well. The location of the hotel is about 15 min walk from Sam Yan MRT and Ban Tat Thong food street but the complimentary tutuk shuttle more than compensated that for us. Overall the service of the hotel is very efficient with most staff able to communicate well in English. Jack was outstanding in his service going the extra mile. We did not have much cash when we first arrived and asked for directions to the nearest money changer. He personally took us to the money changer with the best rate. We were so grateful.

I had a wonderful experience staying at dusitD2 Samyan, Bangkok. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, stylish, and super comfortable. The room was modern, clean, and offered an amazing view of the city. There was a minor mishap with the room, but the staff handled it exceptionally well. They promptly acknowledged the issue and offered a sincere apology, which really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. The overall service was outstanding. Special kudos to Jack, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attentiveness, professionalism, and warm attitude truly made my stay memorable. The facilities, including the rooftop and amenities, were excellent, and the atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back!

Jack was amazing with helping us load our bags and providing transportation. The staff are kind and will be attentive in your needs. The pool and gym are wonderful. Will definitely go again. And you can’t miss the breakfast.
