Family had stayed there before and highly recommended this hotel. They adored the convenient location, cleanliness, modern and updated design as well as the friendly staff. They loved it so much that they convinced us to stay at Dorsett Tsuen Wan. We booked 3 rooms for the 6 of us in Nov 2025. An unforeseeable incident caused one of us not able to travel. The staff was very accommodating and cancelled one of the rooms promptly. The hotel was modern and clean. It's away from the tourist areas so it's more affordable. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Dorsett Tsuen Wan for 4 nights and had a great experience overall! Check-in was smooth, and the bed was super comfortable, a huge plus after full days of walking. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job making up the room daily and fresh towels were provided and changed every day upon request, which we really appreciated. Plus, having vending machines in the lobby was a nice touch for late-night cravings! The location is a little far from the city center, but it’s still very manageable especially with their shuttle service that leaves every 30 minutes going to the drop-off at main entrance of Metro Plaza. That definitely made getting around easier. Special thanks to Peter at the front desk. He was warm, helpful and very professional. He assisted us well during check-in and answered all my questions with a smile. Such great hospitality! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run place to stay in Hong Kong.

Had a great stay! It's 8-10mins walk to the nearest MTR Station (Tai Wo Hau). They also provide free shuttle service (around 2 every hour) to Metroplaza which is next to the Kwai Fong MTR Station, if you'd rather skip the walking. There's also a bus stop next to the hotel (a few minutes walk) where you can take a bus that takes you to the airport (~50mins). I also want to specially commend the housekeeping ladies, they were very friendly and dedicated to their jobs! You can try street food at Kwai Chung Plaza (next to Metroplaza). Otherwise, just take the MTR to all the tourist spots. If you book directly through the website, you might be able to request for earlier check-in or later check-out. This worked perfectly for me as I had an evening flight, and they were able to allow me to check out at 5pm instead, giving me another opportunity to freshen up before I headed to the airport. Apparently they also have another arrangement where you could get free laundry service if you decide to opt out of housekeeping. There's a water refill station on every floor too, so very convenient. Also, we managed to get 40% discount via the website, making the hotel stay really worth its value (we ended up paying around HKD1300 for 4 nights for a room for 2 persons)

We had such an awesome stay, especially for my friend who’s a Muslim traveler. The hotel has halal options and prayer room. What made the stay even better was the staff. Katherine, Joe and Zavier were just amazing! They went out of their way to share local food spots and tips with us. For a first-timer in Hong Kong, that kind of help is gold. Overall, we felt really welcomed and taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place!!
