We stayed for a week and had a consistently good experience. The excellent price-to-value ratio made it an affordable yet comfortable choice. The daily cleaning service ensured our room stayed fresh and tidy throughout our stay. The staff were very helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and reliable, making it perfect for staying connected. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops like 7-Eleven and other essentials. The only downside was that the bed could have been more comfortable. While the size was adequate, the mattress was just so-so.

We were looking for a modern hotel room that could comfortably accommodate two adults and two children, with a secure covered carpark—an essential since we were driving from Malaysia—and it had to be conveniently located within Hatyai city. After some searching, we found the perfect place that checked all our boxes. The hotel has a sleek, modern façade and feels like it’s been newly built. The family room was spacious, featuring one king bed and one super single bed—just right for our family. The beds were semi-hard yet firm, striking the perfect balance for a comfortable night’s sleep. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and quick to respond to requests, like when we asked for extra pillows. The air conditioning was delightfully cold, and the shower had strong water pressure—both much appreciated after a long drive. The only minor issue was that we’d have preferred the bathroom to be slightly bigger, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. In fact, we did! On our return journey from Koh Lanta, we stayed at this hotel again as a transit stop to break up the long drive from Kuala Lumpur to Koh Lanta. Overall, I’d rate this hotel a solid 5 out of 5. If you’re looking for a family-friendly and convenient stay in Hatyai, this is definitely worth considering.

Room as per advertise. Spacious room with big fridge. You can buy a lot of food from 7-11 & keep it. Their shower gel smells so gooooood. It's worth the money. The parking is covered too with ample lots.

Room is spacious, clean & quiet (either due to good sound insulation or luckily there were no loud-speaking & screaming guests around). No cigarette smoke & no sewage smell in room. Bed is comfortable. Aircon works well. Comes with a mini fridge, wardrobe & balcony. Strong wifi & TV signal in room. Bathroom has a partitioned shower area, keeps the toilet dry. Good water pressure. Staff was helpful & friendly, reflecting Thai's warmth & hospitality. Housekeeping staff was also good in keeping room neat & clean. Hotel has its own parking space. It has partnered with many restaurants & cafes with discounts. Strategic location for me, situated in a less crowded & quieter part of city. Within walking distance to a good number of eateries & drinking spots. But take note most F&B outlets nearby close by 10pm. One has to head to Chinatown area for supper after 10pm. About 10 mins car ride to the Lee Garden night market area. E-hailing rides like Grab, Bolt & maxim readily available. I totally enjoyed my relaxing stay at Clover.
