My first time stay and I have nothing but all praise for this Hotel! The location is great right in centre of Pratunam area. The room rate is good value and the service staff especially the front office Ms Lindsey is fantastic! Very polite, friendly and helpful. Best of all she speaks fluent English and helped me in many ways to book transport, dining and places I visited. A very nice lady indeed! The housekeeping staff is very friendly and hardworking to keep the room /bed very clean and comfortable for tired guests after a long day out. Thank-you everyone for making my stay a memorable one! I will absolutely book this Hotel again in my next visit to BKK! Keep up the good work guys!!!

I stayed from May 1-4 in superior twin room. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, I ended up with a room facing the wall of another building, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time—it wasn’t a big issue just not the best view. Room facilities include a well-functioning air conditioner, a mini fridge, an electric kettle, a bidet toilet, and a shower with a curtain divider separating it from the toilet area, complete with hot water. It seems you can also borrow an iron and ironing board—I saw one placed in front of another room. In the lobby, there’s a handy luggage scale to check your suitcase weight before heading to the airport. There are also magnetic chargers and USB-A plug chargers available for use while waiting to check in. The surrounding environment is quiet and peaceful (not noisy), though the soundproofing between rooms isn’t perfect. Thankfully, other guests were quiet, so it wasn’t an issue. There are several 7-Elevens within walking distance, and for massage lovers, there are plenty of massage places nearby. The hotel is close to Pratunam Market and not far from several malls, although traffic is heavy due to ongoing road construction on the main street. There are also several halal food options around the hotel, which is a big plus for Muslim travelers.

I came here with my family in 2023, staff were super friendly. A male staff there ( i dont remember his name ) but I think he’s middle aged, helped my dad talk to the grab driver so he could come to the hotel safely and my dad still talks about that till now. Besides, I love all the staff here even with the cleaning lady they always smile, room was very clean, we had a great time here. Super recommend!!!

very veryy goodddd, this hotel is so underated for tourist, I booked this hotel because I look at google review it is above 4.5 star which is my standard to chose a hotel whenever I went to holiday and it is trully hidden gem! the room is so clean, the facility complete, they have hair dryer on every room, weight scale on the lobby, the AC is so nice, the location is still near at Pratunam but not noisy. Last but not least, they have Thai massage EXACTLY in front of the hotel which is VERY GOOD and it opens 24 hours

Great Stay at Oceanview Luxury Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at City Park was exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and they always clean it and gave us bottles of water everyday. The hotel is affordable and near everything!. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!
