We had a great experience at this hotel. Staff is very helpful and hospitable. They provided everything we needed, from towel replacements, extra pillows and enough bottled water. Location is perfect, walking distance to Ximending Night market and tons of convenience stores in the area. The only thing I dislike is that bathrooms are very see thru and no curtains therefore if you are with friends then might be an issue.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The hotel manager, Sylvia, was a standout—she was polite, professional, and very informative, always ensuring that we had what we needed. She made the stay even more pleasant with her friendly demeanor. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It's about a 10-minute walk to both Ximending and Taipei Main Station, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of food stalls nearby, so you’ll never be short of options for a quick meal. However, there was one issue that stood out during our stay. We were disappointed to find the bath towel placed on the floor as a mat in the toilet. This felt a bit off and was the only downside to an otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for its excellent location, great service, and comfort, but I do hope they pay closer attention to the cleanliness and presentation of their towels.

For a night or two when you’re out exploring, this place is a gem. We don’t spend a ton of time in our room, so the small size didn’t scare us. We arrived by train at 11 a.m., and they were able to store our bags for us all day. Check-in was super quick, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when assisting with the automated check-in process. When we got to our room, it was clean, the beds were tidy and comfortable, and the shower was hot. You really couldn’t ask for much more at this price point.

Overall a great stay, we were here for 7 nights in May 2025 The location is perfect right next to the 228 park and not far from the metro station. We got the superior room type with a window, the room was nice but the main negative about the room was the bathroom, it had like a sliding glass door separating it from the rest of the room and there was no privacy curtain or anything unfortunately. I would stay here again!
