Very friendly staffs, was allowed for early check in and late check out. Rooms are clean, nice resort with nice beach. Not too crowded which we liked. Only feedback was we are located at block 5 which was quite a distance walk from the reception. Will definitely come back here again. Will look forward to stay at ocean view room which will be nearer to the reception.

Cassia Bintan is an exceptional place that is a little rough around the edges. It has far exceeded my expectations and therefore deserve a holistic review of 5/5. Details: Very flexible stay that allows for early check-in and late check-out. In both instances, the service staff were happy to accommodate our requests without any additional charges. In terms of facilities, it is not the most equipped resort but for a relaxing stay, it is more than sufficient. From the amazing pool overlooking the private beach, to the many hours spent on the free-for-all table tennis table, one will be pampered with the choice of activities that would ensure that you have a relaxing and comfortable time. Both front desk and service staff were warm and welcoming, and unlike the usual facade that one experiences in the hotel industry, Cassia staff felt genuine in their attempt to ensure that my wife and I were contented. We were truly touched by their smiles and thoughtfulness. The private beach is constantly cleaned, and even though the water isn't the clearest, we felt like it was an exclusive and calming experience. Here are the rough edges: the in-room shampoo and body soap were clearly not of the best quality, so do bring your own shampoo/conditioner. The rooms could have been a tad more sound-proof but both of us did not have any trouble falling asleep. (We are both light sleepers.) Food can be a little pricey, given that the hotel is within the resorts area, but serving-size well made up for the costs. Overall, I would recommend this place for couples, and small families. It would be a pleasure to return to Cassia in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay at Cassia Bintan! The surroundings are beautiful, the rooms are clean and stylish, and the food was delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the manager handled our questions with kindness and professionalism. Overall, a lovely and relaxing experience—thank you to the team for making our stay so enjoyable!

The service is very good. You can eat whatever you like for breakfast. They provide a shuttle to the marina. Beach is clean and very beautiful. If you rent a Grab car, there is a foodcourt and mini market 15 minutes away. Hope come back soon. Thanks

Very nice stay!! Asked a lot of questions via email prior to the stay, to which they were all replied to with lots of kindness, patience and with all necessary information and infographs as well. Staff were all very friendly and helpful :-) Receptionist Tyara especially, remembered us and was super sweet. When we called for late check in, she remembered our voices and even reminded us to take the bus at 1pm for our ferry (we told her about our ferry details two days prior and she still remembered ?). All the other staff were wll super nice as well (sorry cannot remember the names) but especially those working at Vista and Treetop and Lotus cafe! Lots of activities, super nice beach and room was large too… Oh and breakfast spread was super amazing
