I love the location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I need the peace and quiet. The building is generally quite clean. Helps that the view is good. There were initial issues like spiderwebs and spiders in my room as my room is for long term rentals but this was addressed very quickly by their staff. The only issue i face are filthy neighbours who leave their leftover food along the corridor to be cleared by the cleaners the next day. We are talking about leftover rice and soup/vegetables etc. But seriously, that is not the fault of the apartment and their management which is why it is still 5 stars for them.

Nice apartment building in a quiet, safe location. The apartments are well appointed for short or long stay.It has a gym, pool, and two convenience stores close by. The Aeon mall is only 5 minutes drive.

Middle of the city, aeon mall is 2 min away and independent monument 5 min away.

⸻ The hotel is in a quiet area, which was nice for relaxing. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. However, there’s no supermarket, or any other attractions within walking distance, and you need to ask the staff if you need kitchen utensils. Also, getting around requires calling a Tuk Tuk, which usually costs between 4,000–15,000 riel to nearby landmarks. Need to deposit $50 when checking in, which is refundable later.
