We stayed in Casa del Mar over Christmas and I cannot rate the place highly enough. The staff really went out their way to make sure we had a great time. The rooms were clean, the breakfast and food in general was excellent and the location is fantastic. Don the food and beverage manager was friendly and attentive. The Christmas Day event was very fun, with nice touches like stockings left In our room. As an added bonus the hotel has some cats on premises which were happy to be stroked. Although I think the black cat (aka Spooky) might have been a stray - but was also a very friendly and I hope the hotel adopts him too. I was unlucky enough to injure my knee while at the hotel and the staff were amazing. They got me a wheelchair, drove me to a medical center and picked me up. The hotel itself is great but the staff really make it a 5/5 for me. I totally understand why they have so many repeat guests. (I hope to join the fish club too one day)

Great Stay, But Can Be Even Better The staff were fantastic, and the service was excellent. My room was beautiful, with a breathtaking beach view that I truly enjoyed. However, there’s room for improvement—cleaning the jacuzzi thoroughly and enhancing the landscaping with more flowers would make a big difference. This place has great potential to be exceptional.

This is the best place. It’s a rather small hotel with beautiful outdoor garden/pool/beach. The rooms are big and holds all you need. The staff is exceptionally polite and service minded. They’ll do everything to make you feel comfortable and make your stay memorable. They have great breakfast and good food for lunch and dinner. We have returned here several times.

This charming boutique Resort is at a beautiful location at cenang beach. We had a wonderful stay. Service is fine. Breakfast is nice and mostly prepared on order. So keep some time to wait. We had to remind a few things from our package but they did cover all aspects.

Visited simply for an evening meal. Food was first class. We eat in the bar section of the restaurant which was less busy than the beach section. Understandably that section needed more staffing than our area.
