We had such a lovely stay! Nice pool and gym, great rooftop views, really clean rooms and comfortable beds. Happy hour with cheap drinks every day from 5-7. Location is great. What made this place was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind. Thanks so much.

The gem place on the heart of Phnom Penh capital city. The room is cleaned, neat and hygienic. I like to wonder view from my top floor 11. The pool bar is awesome plus the foods are great and tasty. The staff have their own unique and very welcoming, a warmth smile with characteristic Khmer culture. I would recommend to Hotel 100% I’ll be back another day.

We were celebrating our 18 years anniversary and we chose Caravan to close out our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Caravan in Phnom Penh. The moment you step into the hotel, your think you’re in the spa each and every time. The smell was so inviting. The staff were great! Check-in was smooth and we given a cold wet cloth with a refreshing drink. They remembered our anniversary and made our room look extra special. It was beautiful! Our room was comfy, and functional except for the bathroom. I didn’t like the shower holder or the open shower because the water would spray all over if the hand held shower moved the wrong way due to the water pressure. The room and the bathroom does need more lighting. The location was great! Plenty of food options in the area. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but we had drinks by the pool one evening and that was lovely. We had such a great time here that we extended for an extra day. We thoroughly enjoyed Phnom Penh at Caravan!

4 star quality at 2 star prices. What more can I say. Great service, rooms are clean. Staff are courteous. You can request hard pillows. Water pressure will take your skin off. Best of all is the breakfast and coffee. I've stayed at many hotels in PP, some which were 2x the price, and Caravan beat them all. I'm making this my go-to hotel in PP!

The room is lovely, great bed and bathroom that’s very clean. The pool area is also lovely with beautiful view of the PP skyline. Just a shame that the rooms have no soundproofing so we woke up really early every morning of our 5 night stay. We were offered free breakfast and a room upgrade but this wouldn’t have solved the problem.
