We come here quite regularly and we have never had a bad experience. The meals are always great. The steaks are amazing! The service is great. Always smiling. Never too much to go out of their way and the staff in the bar/ dining room are just amazing. Great service. Thank you!

I was here with my girlfriend recently. Our bartender (and i think manager?) William was the best person in service we have yet encountered in Australia. He was friendly, welcoming, and full of the jokes. I'm German so sometimes my girlfriend had to explain but he was a real gem. We will be back again!

During my recent visit to Camp Hill Hotel, I had the pleasure of being served by William, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service he provided. From the moment we arrived, William’s professionalism and warmth set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. He was attentive without being overbearing, ensuring that every need was met with genuine care and efficiency. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, as he gave thoughtful recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. William’s friendly demeanor and attention to detail made us feel truly valued as customers. What stood out most was his ability to create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Whether it was remembering our preferences or anticipating what we might need before we even asked, William went above and beyond. It’s rare to find someone so passionate about providing excellent service, and William is an absolute credit to your team. I’ll definitely be returning, not just for the great food and ambiance, but for the exceptional hospitality that William delivered. Highly recommended!

PLEASE BRING BACK THE RIBS!! I have enjoyed coming in weekly with hubby since the renos and have been spoilt enjoying the ribs...always tender and delicious! I have spread the word and friends and family agree!! I came in on Tuesday, 8th April with family to celebrate my mum's 90th birthday to be disappointed that the ribs have been taken off the menu! What? What are we to do now?? I have enjoyed your fish dishes and hubby has had the grill meals which have not disappointed, however, our favourite go to were the ribs. The service is always wonderful, helpful and friendly which is a delight that demonstrates management cares about hospitality...thank you. Yes, there have been a few mishaps with meals but have always been resolved quickly and easily. Great work Bar and wait staff. Please, please bring back the ribs so I can continue my weekly pilgrimage to my Campy otherwise I'll be forced to go for ribs elsewhere...I'll miss you!

Great atmosphere. There are plenty of rooms to suit the occasion. Staff are friendly and helpful. Meals are varied, reasonably priced, and tasty. Always a lovely experience at the Camp Hill Hotel.
