We stayed for 6 nights in a room with AC and own bathroom. It was perfect for the price. AC worked very well. The room was on the upstairs, we had a small table and chairs on the balcony where we ate our breakfast. Location was far enough from the busy street, but close enough by walk to everything. Restaurants, massage, shops, bars, and the Kuta beach and plaza by 5 mins walk. There was a shared fridge as well. Wifi worked well. If you need you can ask for towels, blanket, and toilet paper. We would go back anytime.
