This Indian restaurant is absolutely exceptional. The food is extremely good, with rich, authentic flavors—one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever tried, even though I’m not Indian. The portions are unexpectedly generous compared to what I’ve seen in Indonesia—very fulfilling! While the prices are slightly higher, the quality and taste make it well worth it. The atmosphere is nice, and the waitstaff are friendly and attentive. One thing to note: when we arrived, the restaurant was empty, and we hesitated to enter. But I’m so glad we did—it was more than worth it! Also, the food is Halal (not certified, but Halal). Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine!

This is a casual Indian restaurant centrally located in Legian that has a nice selection of non vegetarian and vegetarian Indian dishes along with a few Indonesian and western options. I had a paneer tikka, gobi curry and raita with a tandoori roti and masala tea. Everything was tasty, generous in portion size and spiced to my instructions. The restaurant staff were very friendly, efficient and English speaking. I dined in the outdoor downstairs seating area but the restaurant also had a charming rooftop dining area. The ambiance was casual and comfortable and offers a pleasant environment to enjoy a delicious Indian meal served by attentive staff.

By far the best lassi I have tasted. Food is so authentic it reminded me of my mums home cooking. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this little gem of a restaurant. Staff were great and welcoming even though I came very close to closing time. They didn't rush me and allowed me to finish in my own time. The stuffed parantha was delicious and I gave the food review back to the chef who made it. Wish I had time to try lots more dishes.

I searched for Indian food in Bali and found this gem! The taste was excellent—authentic and flavorful. A must-try if you’re craving real Indian cuisine. Special mention to the staff—they were incredibly friendly and made the experience even better.

Indian Downtown Resto Bar Bali is a vibrant and inviting spot in the heart of Kuta. The moment we stepped in, we were greeted by upbeat and authentic Indian music that created a lively and welcoming vibe. The interior is beautifully decorated with traditional Indian touches, giving it a warm and cultural atmosphere. Although we didn’t try the food this time, we did come in for the Shisha experience, and it did not disappoint. We had the bubblegum flavour, which was strong, smooth, and had a wonderfully sweet aroma. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable evening. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. We’ll definitely be back to try the food next time!
