We found this place at an affordable price and location is overall good. 5 mins from the old town with scooter where u can find bars, clubs, restaurants etc. Jacuzzi in every room which is great! Shampoo and hand soap in big bottles instead of the tiny ones that are so unsustainable. Hotel looks brand new with modern decoration.
The receptionist doesn't speak a word of english. There's no one at the reception desk most of the time. We asked the receptionist for a late checkout and she just pointed at a phone number written on a label and we tried everything but couldn't contact the number on whatsapp. We tried all the numbers provided on google maps or booking or on the hotel's entrance. Bed sheets had stains on them. There are no elevators so you have to carry your luggage all the way with the stairs. We had a room on the 2nd floor and one on the 4th floor. The room on the 2nd floor only had a jacuzzi, no shower and the toilet didn't have a door. So for 2 people that are not a couple, and not related is very inconvenient. The room on the 4th floor had a shower and toilet that had a door, as well as a jacuzzi. We couldn't open the courtains in the room as it was facing into the kitchen of a Thai family and it was literally super close to them

We booked and paid for a room here 2 months in advance. 24 hours before our check-in, they canceled our booking. They gave us the option to rebook, at three times the price. This is extortion plan and simple. If you think I might just be a crazy person who has these kinds of posts on review sites, you can look at my other ones to see. Do not book with them or through Agoda.

This Hotel is a scam, you pay everything and get accepted and 4 days before the booking they cancel youu. Im already in Phuket and have no other option, then to get another room. And because they cancel just a few days before my booking, i only find really expensive hotels. Dont trust them and get anlther hotel earlier!!!!

The hotel is newly refurbished and my room was clean and comfortable, though a fridge and a cattle would be nice, there is no safe either. The mattress is very firm, I like it, but do note.
The hotel has no elevator and there isn't usually someone in reception (forget about coming early and leaving your bags. The area is not so family friendly, and not very close to old town. That being said, it is just a five minute scooter ride away.
The main selling point is the price, in that respect it has a strong offering.
