We found this place by mistake (saw the crescent logo on the front) after searching for halal food at 1.45am and lucky us this place closes at 2.30am so if you are in Phuket Town in wee hours, this is the place! The restaurant is very normal looking. There are some photos on the wall for you to point out something that tickles you fancy, otherwise, the staff can speak a lil bit of Malay, and was so friendly. They do have extensive menu. We tried the Padkrapaw with seafood and agreed that it is better with meat or chicken. Another dish was the stir fried beef and that was delicious! Big portions too. One thing I like was the arrays of condiments available to suit your liking with the food. They are very generous with that! Our bill came up to 285. Finding this place is a bit tricky. The name is in Thai but what I did was - I translated "halal restaurant" to Thai and set my search in the map rather than in Rumi/English.

Masha Allah, great food. I recommend this place.
