The lady at the reception was really nice, she arranged all the tours and thanks of her we managed to visit Hanoi and see all the beautiful things that the city can offer. I will definitely come back to this hotel! The people were extremely nice and help us for all our enquiries????

I stayed this Blue Pearl West hotel many times when I have buz-trip to Hanoi. Really good choice for nice place to rest here with comfort rooms, quiet, friendly receptionists and not so far to Noi Bai airport. The only thing is poor in diversity breakfast.

This small hotel got decent and clean rooms for budget conscious travellers. It's not near any tourist place - like the old quarter but it's easily accessible for all areas including the airport. It got a good staff providing necessary service. There are many eateries and cafes around for meals/food.

The hotel Manager and his loans are very nice and helpfull. At night it could be Loud sometimes. Location ist great, near to vinmart and Several Coffeeshops. Restaurants are in not too far Distance too. All in all i Could recommend this hotel very Well.
