What to say about this hotel. The street to the hotel is very low, However, is very neat and clean from inside. No street noise. Near to vietnam convention center and Big C. Staff is very warm and welcoming. Break fast is decent. They will make sure you are comfortable. All in All very nice experience staying In Blue Hanoi Inn city hotel.

Located close to the National Convention Centre and Grand Plaza Hotel, the rooms are newly renovated and decently sized. Taxis don't really know the address as it's located off the roundabout. Breakfast is good for 3- star (esp. the banana pancakes - which are like pikelets), although the bacon is soggy and underdone (crispy is better). Maid threw away/stole my half-used Colgate toothpaste for some reason so make sure to lock up your toiletries! Finally, also BE CAREFUL for any arbitrary late checkout charges - reception tried to charge me a late checkout fee for being 25 mins late, with no call reminder or notice of late charges.

Small but very excellent hotel for a business trip. Staffs are extremely kind and supportive. Room conditions are excellent. Breakfast is not served in buffet but i can order almost any dish from the menu and they all taste good! I would definitely stay here again

20 min drive or ride from Old Quarter. The receptionist is helpful. One downside is they didn't inform me whether is the drinks and snacks is chargeable. I was charged for a 500ml of mineral water. Do check with receptionist if you're staying.
