Though a short stay but the overall experience great. Nice scenic view of downtown and the shore line. Culinary especially the breakfast have good spread of food. The in house chef went table to table to ensure guests are satisfied and to have small talk. Kudos.

Good hotel and good service! Specially thanks for Mr KALIMI ! He served us very good... We are from 2713 and 2801 Check in from 30 Dec 2024 until 2 Jan 2025.. Mr Kalimi give us Tematik Shusi and the taste really good, Thank you for ur service!

Thanks for hospitality , Breakfast its very good , expecially Chef Kalimi he's serve various kinds of sushi and other dishes , for the room is good we get conecting room .

When you first arrived at the Best Western Mangga Dua Hotel, parking access was very easy and check-in time was fast, especially the manager in charge, Mr. Dony, was very kind to the front office staff, Mr. Benny, friendly, professional and very helpful in providing good quality service in upgraded my room because I am a BW member, I really get to know BW members. We and our family were provided with a welcome drink in the lobby area, the cleanliness of the room was good, the room was spacious, you could see the city view from the room, the room equipment was complete, the towels smelled clean, the staff Mr. Sanga friendly housekeping when I met him in the area leading to the room greeted him with a kind smile, thank you, the restaurant team gave me a surprise for my son's birthday and was given a slice of cake as a compliment and the food menu was very complete from the Indonesian menu, western, there was sushi, for me and my family Very happy experience staying at the Best Western Mangga Dua Hotel, always successful in being the best hotel in Jakarta.

Very good value Apartment and hotel combined Given room on level 32nd Very good view of the city Fridge yayyyy Room AC even on Lo fan, still quite cold but manageable In room massage service available 6 lifts in the lobby but only 2 goes up to the hotel floors. Can be quite a while before I get mine. Maybe the management can consider separating the lifts: 2 lifts just for the apartment tenants and another 2 just for hotel guests. My 2 complaints: Room was slightly dusty when I arrived And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE wash your kettle throughly. Or just replace them cos the one in my room was sticky!!!
