Genuinely loved staying here. It’s in the middle of everything you possibly need, laundry is close by and the service was amazing. Beds were comfortable, the room was great and the shower was easy to use. I would stay here every time I come to Phuket. Definitely recommend.

You can hear absolutely everything happening in the other rooms—every step and every voice. The pool is small, and there’s almost nothing around the hotel. The biggest advantage of this place is the friendly and kind staff. However, the room cleaning is not great, and the hotel doesn’t look like the pictures I saw when booking. But in the end, you get what you pay for!

the rooms were pretty in a minimalistic japanese style and clean. the staff was friendly but their english is quite limited. the private pool is amazing, you can get drinks and breakfast from the coffee shop next door. the hotel is in a red light district, we think, but we always felt safe when walking, even at night. the old town and night market are about 15-20mins walking distance.

We stayed for a few days in 2 different rooms and this was our experience. Pros: - Staff are kind and helpful - Location is an easy walk from the main streets - Rooms are stylish and very clean - Safe to store luggage when needed - Easy check-in and out - Has some snacks and drinks you can buy at reception - Pool is clean and not very busy - Cafe next door offers a 10% off if you show hotel card Cons: - No breakfast included / buffet etc - No windows / ventilation in many rooms - Sewage smell from bathroom shower most the time - Thin walls (noise from corridors are loud)
