I was not planning to stay in the room for most of the hours - so I was looking for a cheap room - and this place is definitely it! Nice and cosy - felt safe for a solo traveller. It’s enough for me.

A budget inn for traveller, the room is clean and big. The owner is very nice. It is very close to underwater world and pantai cenang, about 7min walk.

I definitely would not recommend any foreign tourists to stay here - perhaps somewhat acceptable for locals. The review on Agoda and Google were extremely misleading. To clarify, this is a "motel" so don't anticipate hotel standards.

My friend and I visited Langkawi for a vacation and booked a room here for 3 or 4 nights (all paid upfront). Had the worst night sleep during our stay in Malaysia, left after our first night and went around to find another hotel nearby straight away. Of course, received no refunds from the hotel for the nights we didn't stay here. I must say, one can find better accommodation nearby with similar pricing.

First of all, location wasn't the best. It's located by a one-way highway - local driver couldn't even find the place when we arrived. We had to drag our luggage across poorly cemented road to find the entrance. It's also quite far out from the main area if you don't have any means of transportation.

Upon checking in, we visited the office and were just told the room key is on the door and can head straight on over on our own.

The room, to our standards, was quite dirty - there were bugs on the floor and a lot of stains on the walls and bathroom items. (we have photo proof but decided not to post online at this time). Also lots of mosquitos.

The room was also very loud; 1) it's close to a main highway, 2) the roofing was made of iron sheets, so any noises, such as people screaming, cars starting up, animals stomping on the roof, rain etc., any noise would get amplified.

One extra star for service, as the service wasn't super poor. The owner offered to change rooms or provide remedies after we checked out the following morning, but sadly just not for us.
