2. Staffs are polite and accommodating.
3. Not near MRT- so need to take a cab everytime you want to go out
4. Recommendation to the management: please print an 'instruction page' on how to use the air conditioner, lights, Telephone etc. It is easier for the guests if they can understand how the room facilities works. For my stay, it was difficult to find out how AC, and lighting system works (every hotel is different and we may not know all systems)
5. Recommendation to guests: can stay here comfortably if you are not looking for a place close to MRT.

Terrible. I was expecting more, because of the prior reviews.

Our room was not clean at all. There was dirt on the floor. The little tablet with the coffee cups was dirty and the little spoons had some leftover food on it. Disgusting!

They didn't have any fitting bedsheets and the sheets (+ the towels) had some spots (Dirt? Color?). My pillow had some weird stripes on it. Looked like the resedue of makeup.

A large chalk deposit has formed in the shower (espacially in the showerhead). The "bathroom" had waterspots on the floor and around the sink. You could tell they didn't clean it. Even the wall had dirtspots on it.

Breakfast was "okay", nothing special, but could have been more.
And the walls are very thin. You can hear your roomneighbours and the people outside in the hall.

The only good thing was the staff, they were mostly friendly.

Hotel does not look quite as good as it does in the photos, room was okay, refrigerator did not work, there was no lock on the bathroom door and it just didn't have that good atmosphere I have experienced at other hotels in Bangkok. However the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The location is in the more traditional and older part of Bangkok, not very convenient for main of transport because going by bus is slower than others.
The rooms are good in size and clean but we had bad lighting in fhe bathroom and daily got only 2 towels si we needed to ask for more everytime.
The breakfast was good but not many options and if you only prefer the European type it is not the right place, the food is 90% Asiatic.
They were really nice to prepare for my friend a complimentary slice of cake for her birthday.

Good for the price, clean rooms with great service. Fairly well soundproofed rooms, but you need to understand that Bangkok is a very (very) busy and highly populated city... it's extremely noisy and this hotel is somewhere in the middle of it.

Centrally located, but at least 45-60 min walk from most tourist attractions & activities. You can take a taxi, Grab (equivalent to Uber out there), or a tuk-tuk, which could be the best option as they can swirl between traffic and get you to your destination a little faster.

There's a restaurant onsite, and it's pretty good. Short menu and the service was good.

My biggest issue was the bathroom. A little on the small side... the "rain" type of shower head was as high as my forehead (I'm 6 feet tall) and kept banging my head on it. Also, the toilet is just a few inches away from the tub, so pretty uncomfortable position when using it.

Overall, this hotel was ok. If you're on a budget, it'll do just fine. The price was fair.
