Overall the room is cute and moderaltly clean and has access to the shared balcony but we had a private room next door to the only bathroom in the hotel and we could hear everything as if we were behind  a paper wall. It's  OK if you are a heavy sleeper and want a budget stay near all the main attractions as you can literally  walk anywhere!
The owner said that if we wanted to extend  the room we should  do it with him directly and not trough a platform but quoted us a much higher price than Agoda or Booking so we have decided not to extend our stay

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
We booked the deluxe double room. Got there at 12 and we were told it was being cleaned. Returned around check in time. About 20min after we were called to our room. Went up the 5 flights of stairs just to find another guest exiting the room (who btw was smoking) and a filthy bedroom inferior to our booking. We didn't want to stay. The lady told us the cleaning staff didn't show up - not our problem. She put her boss on the phone (we wanted our money back). We was rude and didn't attend our request. That's not how you treat guests! Furthermore we found out Agodas customer service is wack

Horrible!!

I booked on Agoda a single room 15 m2 and get in the homestay a room with bunkbed only 3 m2!!

NO SPACE!!

I booked a dorm for a night, crossed the whole city with my bag and the lady cancel on me 3 minutes before I arrived to give the bed to other people, she gave me a smile when I arrived and basically made me understand that she could not care less. Awful experience, don't recommend that place! ?
