I was very fortunate to stay for 5 nights in this hotel. Staff: 5/5 A staff member who mentioned she was new (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly helpful and friendly during check-in. I had booked this hotel last minute after my Airbnb fell through, and she made me feel so welcome. She even gave me some local recommendations. All of the hotel staff, including those working during breakfast, were very kind and accommodating. Location: 5/5 The location is excellent, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the subway just a 1–2 minute walk away. There’s also a limousine bus stop for the airport a short distance from the hotel, which was super convenient. There’s a coffee shop located in the hotel lobby, and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or do some shopping. Buffet breakfast: 5/5 Lots and lots of delicious options! Room Cleanliness: 5/5 The room was clean, spacious, and well-presented. It came with a mini fridge, towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. You can request room cleaning, and the staff did a great job whenever it was needed. Thank you for making my first visit to Seoul such a positive experience!

My niece and I stayed for 10 nights at Arirang hotel and we couldn't be more grateful. Despite the hotel cleanless and well connected location, i would like to express my gratitude to the great staff especially the two ladies at the front desk. These ladies helped us so much when i lost my phone in an uber taxi and the driver was extremely rude and we felt unsafe. They assisted us with talking to the driver and bargaing with him on how much we need to pay him to return my phone back. They also made sure that the amount we pay is reasonable despite themeselves feeling very insecure about that crazy driver we had. Further, one of them offered to go out with me in front of the hotel to meet him and pick-up the phone as we felt very insecure. Them and other staff were extremely supportive in multiple situations we had. For the first time i feel i paid to a hotel and got worth my money back as a service. We also tried their breakfast which was a korean buffet style. Although it was a bit expensive, it was delicious and we loved that it was korean cuisine and not very international so we get to try their type of breakfast as part of exploring the korean food and culture. Big fat thank you for the front desk staff and especially the two ladies who helped us❤️❤️❤️

Loved staying here, it's central to Myeongdong and has easy access to line 4 (blue) and line 2 (green) which is pretty much what you need to get to all the tourists area. The staff are super nice and try not to disturb your peace and are really helpful. English is 2nd nature to them and flows very smoothly, no shuttle bus but there is an airport limousine bus that's not too far away that you can use. Great area with a small dumpling shop, two convenient stores, and an olive young for the girls doing last minute makeup shopping. Really nice area and quite easy to get to. It does have a coin laundry for you to use and instead of coins they use the bills but they can exchange coins at the counter. Very professional and clean and would stay here again!

First visit to South Korea and stayed at this hotel in April 2025. It was the first hotel of the holiday (also stayed in Busan and Jeju). Great staff, very comfortable beds and the location was perfect for getting around Seoul. The street felt safe and there were 2 convenience stores very close by. The gym is small but functional and the coin operated laundry is means you don't have to pack so many clothes . I have booked to visit Seoul again in 2026 and am looking forward to staying at this hotel once more.

Right next to a major metro station and there’s also plenty of bus stops around so it was very easy to move around. They have a cafe inside and a second floor with a lounge to wait in and bathrooms. We booked two rooms and had no complaints. They give you two bottles of water per day and the room set up is very minimal. The rooms are small but pretty comparable to hotels in Korea. You can leave your luggage at the front as well if you’re checking in early or checking out later. The one problem I had was their check in time was a bit confusing. I had called to try to check in earlier but was refused and had to wait until 3:30, but might’ve been better to just go and wait.
