Great apartment with lots of space. Amazing location. Only reason for the 4 star review was the smell of the entire complex on entry to the lifts and also in the apartment itself and the fact there was eaten food still left in the fridge on arrival. Service was great when contacted. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment was very handy. I would stay here again.

I found this place through TRIP.COM. I’m very happy to give all-out 5 star as the pricing is reasonable, room is big, location is fantastic. Anna at reception is a big help when I realised that I had left my personal belonging inside the room right after check-out and returned the key. I will definitely stay again in this place when I visit Brisbane again.

It was a very good experience staying at Arena apartment for almost 2 months for my business trip and vacation. The 2 beds room apartment with a big balcony is very spacious compared to the nearby apartments. The reception and other staff were friendly, easy to check in or out. A lot of dining and fun areas around, just couples of minutes walk. It was good to walk around the south bank beach and browsing the flea market during weekends, also 10 mins walk only. I like the swimming pool at G/F and had a tan relaxing on the beach chair, it’s seldom finding other apartments having an G/F swimming pool. The General Manager, Andy is so friendly and takes care of us , very helpful, much appreciated. Apart from that, the price is pretty reasonable with such high quality services.

We’ve been staying at this apartment for the past two years with a large group, and it has never disappointed us. Everything about our experience has been excellent, which is why we’ll definitely be coming back again next year. 1.The staff are super helpful and always ready to assist. 2.Everyone is super friendly, especially Inna. She’s incredibly patient, a great listener, and always explains things clearly—with a big smile every time. 3.Any requests we had were handled very quickly and efficiently. 4.The location is perfect—within easy walking distance to supermarkets, Southbank beach, restaurants, and public transport. 5.The apartment has a spacious balcony, which is great for relaxing or spending time together as a group. Highly recommend this place.Looking forward to returning next year!
