Our stay at Unmown Resort was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. They arranged a smooth pick-up with a shuttle bus from the ferry terminal, and within the resort itself, we enjoyed convenient buggy services that made getting around a breeze. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was spotless – from the amenities to the accommodations. The entire experience was thoughtfully curated, and comfort was clearly a priority. One of the highlights was the complimentary in-room massage – such a treat! While the sports and water activities were not included in the stay, they were definitely worth paying extra for. Whether you’re into water fun or dry-land activities, there’s something for everyone. The food was excellent, the vibe was relaxing yet fun, and the glamping-style accommodation offered a refreshing and unique twist to the usual resort experience. It’s the perfect staycation spot if you’re looking for convenience, comfort, and a bit of adventure all in one place. Highly recommend – can’t wait to be back!

Superb service by all staff, all the way from reception, restaurant, housekeeping to the security. Everyone was so warm, friendly and helpful. We lost our float at the lagoon but the reception escalated our request to the activity centre and found it towards the end of the day (they didn’t forget about us!). The drinks at the room were refilled so regularly (even until near checkout) that we were never thirsty under the super hot weather. We also had so much fun at the activity centre—rode the scooter, bicycle, played at the water obstacle course, water tricycle, and float etc.—Many activities for us to engage in. FOOD was so delicious at the ANMON restaurant too—I love the mie goreng in particular so much!

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Nurma from the marketing team for her outstanding assistance with our urgent booking. She responded efficiently via Instagram and never gave up in finding a solution to the issue we encountered. Her patience and reassuring demeanor truly made a difference, and we are grateful for her dedication and support. Additionally, we were very impressed by the overall service at Anmon. All the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay—especially important as we were traveling with our 2-month-old baby. A special thank you as well to Ms./Mr. Cholis for the beautiful room decoration in celebration of our anniversary. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our stay. We had such a great time at Anmon Resort! The place is super relaxing and perfect for a short family break. Big shoutout to Ms Santi — she was so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. She even remembered us and greeted us warmly every time we sees at around the resort and went the extra mile to help with a last-minute birthday cake for us. It really meant a lot and made our trip extra special. Thanks again to the team at Anmon (and especially Ms Santi!) for the lovely experience. We’ll definitely be back! ?
