Excellent Hotel based on the heart of the city and close to China Town. There are multiple businesses based around the hotel and Tanjong Pagar has a host of restaurants, cafes, pubs and night clubs. Rooms are of a high standard and service is super. Transportation is a matter of choice and has most services available. Changi Airports is 20 minutes away. One of the best Concierge (Mr Raymond) is a stand out and ever helpful. All in all an excellent hotel used my be regularly.

Quite a prestigious hotel, recently refurbished. Room size is good, and clean. Filtered water provided within the room. Location is amazing for sure, lots of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Super clean, spacious and very comfortable room. Staff are adorable! The breakfast is buffet and variety of delicious foods are there! The location is great! We really enjoyed every second of our stay! We will definitely stay here again ❤️

I had a great experience during my 2-day symposium here. The venue is really nice, and the food exceeded expectations. Coffee break snack actually pretty nice. The all-you-can-eat lunch offered a wide variety of choices, including freshly prepared sushi. The waitstaff were attentive, quick, and very helpful. Overall, I really enjoyed my time at this event.

Very good location and rooms are super comfortable. However, for such a good hotel it is sad to mention but service is not good at all. such a pool cannot be wasted that bad, no service at pool area, you cant even find a clean towel and there is no single employee in the pool! limited number of seats.. breakfast also low quality.
