We visited the spa during our trip to Tokyo and found the facilities excellent, with amazing views and everything you could need. The service was exceptional; the staff were very friendly and helpful. While I understand Aman products are their signature brand, I personally found their quality lacking. At our hotel, they used POLA brand products in the spa, which were amazing. I noticed a visible improvement in my skin after a single use, a small but very pleasant detail. Perhaps this is simply a matter of personal preference or skin type. Overall, the spa experience was beautiful, and I left feeling extremely relaxed and happy.

This is one of the best hotels you will ever stay at. I visited Tokyo with my family for the marathon. The staff were kind enough to upgrade our room to a gorgeous suite with a view of the Tokyo skyline from our floor to ceiling windows. The staff here take excellent care of each guest and you feel completely at home. From the small gifts they leave on your pillow each night to placing a bookmark in novels left open, the service here is unmatched. Additionally, the spa facilities and restaurants flow seamlessly into the rest of the hotel with staff remembering your breakfast order, beautiful facilities, and exceptional service. The staff even hand wrote a note wishing me luck on the race with a gift bag of things to help me recover. A truly incredible experience

The service is exceptional — warm, discreet, and genuinely attentive. The spa and wellness floor is a true highlight, especially the pool with its panoramic skyline view. Dining is another standout — every meal was a work of art, whether enjoying breakfast or a refined Italian dinner at Arva. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of Tokyo with world-class service and design, Aman Tokyo is absolutely worth the splurge. A flawless experience from start to finish.

Review from the point of view of a security driver. Staff was very professional , obviously, but I want to emphasize that they were incredibly helpful and spoke a perfect English. Also, I am sure they could accommodate to specific requests related to security protocols necessary in my line of work. It is important to mention that Japanese service is very high but they could become helpless if your request is outside of their regular « jurisdiction ». Aman hotel staffs did not seem to have this flaw.
