We visited Alltrue Tanjungpinanag, it was our first visit to Indonesia from India, exceptional services provided by the hotel staff and special mention for the General Manager Mr Insea is a true gentleman who helped us alot with our local travel, Veg food and over all guidance. We felt like being with our own people. Special mention for the boy who dropped us to the ferry terminal, was a very respectful and helping individual. Will highly recommend this place to everyone.

Had a pleasant stay at Alltrue Hotel. The room was relatively clean and came with all the necessary facilities, making it great value for the price. The staff were outstanding—super friendly across the board, from front desk to F&B and housekeeping. A special shoutout to Sasy for her warm hospitality, helpfulness, and ever-smiling attitude, which truly elevated my experience ? The hotel’s location is also a plus, with several food spots nearby & near to the ferry terminal. Highly recommend!

The room is clean. They even provide shower cream and shampoo which is very convenient. Friendly staff. Yanti, Tina and Faris served us politely. Breakfast menu is very delicious. Variety of food to choose from. We get to enjoy different menus for 2 days. Overall it is a pleasant stay. Good value for money at this price.
