The hotel is very well located, with quiet and comfortable rooms. What truly stood out was the staff — incredibly kind and helpful. I accidentally left an item behind, and they went above and beyond by arranging to send it to my next hotel. Their assistance made a big difference in my trip. Highly recommended!

Wonderful quiet location in Akasaka. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. The neighborhood is in the heart of fun eateries and night life but not crazy like some places. Delicious dinner options as we stroll the neighborhood. Also we were a few minutes walk to Ginza and Marunouchi lines which provided easy access to other popular wards. I would return to Alfit for another comfortable and convenient stay.

Deluxe room on 4th floor at back of hotel. Annoying stairs up half a floor from the elevator to about half the rooms on the floor, the ones at the back. Overly complicated and somewhat unfathomable light controls. No individual bedside lights. Good size with sofa, coffee table and quite a lot of space. Small bathroom. Short bath with shower space alongside. Tiny toilet with virtually no room to close door – would be better with a sliding door. Large safe. Some cupboard space. No view – frosted windows that open 2 inches, probably because there was another building right next door. Young staff who have pretty good English. Very clean. Comfy bed. Was concerned it might be noisy with a bar, but had no noise problems at all.

It's a pleasant surprise to arrive at your accommodation after a long day of travelling and find such a pleasant, modern, well-designed, clean and welcoming hotel. The location is excellent, 3 min from train station, the room is a little small but has everything needed. The bathroom is modern and clean while the shower/hot water is absolutely fantastic. I'd recommend it to anyone - Alfit Hotel & Bar, Akasaka, Tokyo.
