We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful Japanese-style hotel. The ambiance was serene and elegant, with traditional touches that made the experience feel so special. Our room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and we especially appreciated the Toto bathroom—modern, spotless, and a real highlight! The service was absolutely impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay, always with genuine kindness and attention to detail. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. Special mention to Henry Koo for helping us with our luggages and bringing us to the bus stop as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing Japanese hospitality experience. We would definitely love to return!
Loved this hotel and service from all staff were great from the first step in till the last step into taxi. Shout out to concierge Henry Koo for nothing is too much trouble for him. I loved the electric blinds and curtains, the tatami style bed, and amenities in the room. Very clean rooms and the housekeepers are friendly too. The welcome drink has a good selection and the house ? was ?? Cons: a bit tight if you have multiple big luggages. No working space
I loved everything about AKI Hotel — from the location to the room design and especially the service. I checked in with Vincent, and he was absolutely amazing. He explained everything clearly and made us feel very welcomed. It made me want to come back and stay here again for sure! I’ve already recommended this place to all my friends. I visit Hong Kong often and have stayed at many hotels, but this one is my favorite. 10/10
A very fresh, recently refurbished hotel. Compact and non crowded, never saw strangers in the lobby. Clean, tidy, minimalistic yet high tech - a modest luxury. From highest floors have great views. A very special whisky bar on the roof. There are some limitations like no late night food options, or not the greatest breakfast buffet choices - because the hotel is small. OK maybe missing pool and sauna too.
Nice boutique hotel in Japanese style with beautiful Japanese style rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast here every morning, they have great cooks. The rooms were comfortable with electric blackout blinds and very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff, especially the cleaning lady who we saw every morning and gave us such a friendly greeting and warm smile each day.
