I have stayed here for a week. The house keeping staff I met was amazing and super friendly-gone above and beyond to help out. The room is sparkling clean and organized and I really love the Japanese style of separate bath/Toto toilet. The hotel ambience is relaxing, spacious and artistic with ubiquitous Alice in Wonderland theme. Everything is convenient within walking distance. Sound proof is not great near the door area, and it definitely depends on what kind of neighbors next to you. Most of my stay had been quiet but I can hear noise when a family with kids came in immediately. One star is deducted for my last day dealing with noise. 建議飯店管ㄧ下把走廊當遊樂場的吵鬧玩樂,這嚴重干擾到其它人的住宿品質。 Overall I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back if I revisit this area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Their ability to communicate fluently in English made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. The breakfast was another highlight—plenty of options, all delicious, and a great way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Always a pleasant hotel to be. The rooms are clean and very roomy. The service is very efficient and they speak English. The location is great with a 24 hour market attached, and 2 24/7 convenient stores within a block or so. Also lots of food options and tea shops within 2 blocks

Very well maintained and clean room. Amazing service personal.close to MRT and US embassy. Only far away from main taipie attraction such as ximen or taipie 101. Room isolation was not great, could hear the neighbor, not sure if it's room issue or noise neighbor
