Modern, well located hotel just 2 minutes walk from the towers. As platinum members, we got an upgrade and free breakfasts. Service at the hotel was outstanding - everyone was very helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed every interaction with hotel staff. Note that rooms don’t have soundproofing and may not be ideal for light sleepers. Moreover there will be minor constructions ongoing at the hotel over the next 6 months - be sure to check which rooms / floors will be affected by construction noise prior to visit! Food-wise there’s not too many options at the hotel itself so we usually went out or ordered in-room dining (which was pretty good!). Breakfasts offer a good diversity of food and drinks. Wet deck is a must-visit for beautiful views of the towers (check it out both during day and night). We found the pool to be quite small for swimming (and it’s not infinity pool) but the views are great regardless! Get a coconut and enjoy the relaxing vibes

An excellent hotel - spacious, clean and modern room, a pool with a perfect view of Petronas Towers and the staff were friendly and welcoming and very helpful. A shame the spa was closed for refurbishment at the time. We had a very nice stay and would definitely return if visiting KL again.

Just had the most fantastic experience staying at the W. We hadn't initially booked there but were staying in what we later found out was an Air B n B apartment within the building. Long story short was worst experience so while waiting on checkin there popped around to the W to use their facilities. Ended up canceling our current accomodation and wheeling our bags into the W. They couldn't have been more accomodating, from the moment we walked in the door. Each and every staff member treated us so well, they were all friendly, spoke with us daily, left treats in our room each night. The views were spectacular from our room as well as the pool and bar floor. Direct views of the twin towers. Meals were incredible, so much variety, incredible flavour bursts. I could go on and on the service was just so good. We are already planning our next stay. Go try for yourselves.

Very nice hotel in the city center! We stayed at W Kuala Lumpur for 2 nights and loved everything about it. The rooms were clean and spacious, the design is very special and the view from the pool and the room is amazing. A special thanks to the lovely staff: they were all so kind and made our experience even better. Also, the Flock restaurant is so delicious, I think it was the best hotel buffet (breakfast and lunch) we ever had. We can recommend the W Kuala Lumpur without a doubt and would love to come back one day!

Had a fantastic stay at W Kuala Lumpur! The service was top-notch—truly excellent—and the facilities were first-class. The highlight was the breathtaking view of the Petronas Twin Towers right from the room. Highly recommended for a luxurious and memorable experience!
