I had a wonderful experience at UR Spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and luxurious. The reception staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. The spa is beautifully designed and immaculately clean, which added to the overall relaxing vibe.

A special thank you to the therapist who did my massage Nurul she was absolutely amazing. Her technique was both gentle and effective, and she was very attentive to my needs. Beautiful place to begin! There was welcome snack and drink before the massage (no picture :( ) and a choice of tea after.
I had the deep tissue massage, and my masseuse, Eve, an amazing, gentle, smiley lady, really focused on my problem areas and I really regret not getting a longer appointment. Definitely get 90 minutes! So worth it.
I am on the sensitive side when it comes to massages and strangers but she made me feel so comfortable and every single touch was just right, not too weak, not too strong, as if she had massaged me before! I had a baby a year ago and she knew exactly how to handle my problem areas and make me feel comfortable.
I would come back to KL just for the massage. Thank you!

I came to UR Spa at The RuMa KL with my husband to celebrate his birthday and treat ourselves to a luxurious 90-minute massage. While the hotel facilities and ambience were beautiful, the spa experience fell short of expectations.

We arrived early at 11:30am for our 12pm appointment. The receptionist brought us to a room to fill out a questionnaire and wait. We were only taken to the massage room at 11:55am, and spent another 5–10 minutes removing jewelry and getting ready. Unfortunately, despite the late start, the treatment still ended at exactly 1:30pm—meaning we did not get the full 90 minutes we paid for. This felt unfair and not transparent.

Additionally, there was no option to choose our preferred essential oil scent. Only one scent was provided, which I personally found unpleasant, and we were told we could only shower an hour later—so I had to carry that scent with me for the rest of the afternoon.

Overall, I expected a more thoughtful and client-focused experience from a spa of this standard. Small details like honoring the full treatment time and offering oil choices really matter, especially for special occasions.

Probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had. EV was my therapist and she is simply amazing. Did the Dusun Inan and scalp massage, and I’ve never felt so relaxed before. EV has an incredible understanding of the body - found every single sore muscle and worked through them with just the right pressure. Left feeling completely renewed.
