Level 4 & 5, KOMTAR, Geodesic Dome, Jln Penang, 10000 George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia
Enjoyable and fun! While the space is smaller compared to Petrosains, it is a great experience because there are no queues, allowing you to explore everything at your own pace and even repeat activities as much as you like. They also have a drone performance at scheduled times. My son enjoy the laser room the most! Do not miss the VR experience as it is worth trying. Looking forward to visiting again in a few years!
A very extensive collection of attractions where it would be very easy to spend a half day. Lots of interactive exhibits, some of which are very interesting and surprising. The best fun was a 3D game where you use lasers to hit red and blue boxes. There was a demo room where you think you are in an aquarium. It is very educational and both Children and Adults should be entertained by what is on offer.
I felt like a kid again for a day. Superb experience! This is a family friendly attraction in Penang you wouldn't want to miss, especially when you have kids with you. Miss Ananthi is very helpful to me. I had a talk with their manager Sir Richard and all of them, and their staffs were keen in explaining to me the installations. As a health practitioner myself, I find the medical/anatomy installations informative, accurate, and child-appropriate. Highly recommended!
Tech Dome Penang is very good, joyful, and attractive place to learn science. You also can make sure how your brain is focus enough to move the small ball from your site to another site at this place, hehehe.. TOP ABISSS!!! Worth it!
One of the best educational experiences on the island. While there was no wait to get inside, tickets are definitely a good purchase. The main exhibitions themselves were fun and interactive. I probably spent more time on the motion detection sensored skeleton display than I'd admit. Lots of theories and ideas were explained really well and quite informative. Kudos to the tour guide for making the experience even better
