Loved this place! Beautiful location filled with greenery in the middle of the city! The venom extraction show at 11 AM was very informative for the children, and they have a good vatiety of snakes in the exhibition in the ground floor. They also have a snake show at 2 PM where you witness all snakes in live action and get to hold one too... The children especially liked snake show and the 2nd Floor exhibition where there was display of snakes and various parts of the internal organs, very educational. The cafe is clean and the drinks are decently priced! The children got discounted tickets after showing student ID card which made the visit super economical too. A must visit!
This was the only reason i came back to Bangkok. And it was worth it. I loved every bit of it. Guys are really skilled. You will not only see them handling the snakes you will also learn a lot and see how they really know what they’re doing without any fear. The guide/speaker is so positive that he makes it even more incredible and unforgettable experience.
I had absolute blast at the Snake Farm! So much fun and educational. Spent the whole day learning different snakes all over Thailand, venom extracting show, snake handling, and photo session with a cute snake ? ☺️.
We attended the Cobra milking show in the morning. What a great experience for my children and myself. As we live in Thailand and have encountered both non-venomous and cobras at our home we left the show with further knowledge about the snakes and should the unfortunate happen and someone is bitten the proper first aid treatments. The snake museum is a top-notch exhibit not only for displays but many of its interactive activities. The current Snake Farm has undergone a huge improvement over the first time I was here 30 years ago
Very cool and informative farm. Set half outdoors and half indoors with a fair bit of variety of snakes to look at and learn about. Not a very big place but I was quite happy with my experience. They have a little show at 11am on weekends and 2pm on weekdays where the handlers bring out snakes one by one while a vet tells you all about the snake in both English and Thai. ?
