Nice place to chill,walk. And cycling

Great place. The bridge is high and offers a nice view. But once I was ready to leave I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get down. I've been waiting for some while. If anyone could help me out I'd very much appreciate some help.

It's nearby Pier 2 art center and next to MRT & Light Rail Hamasen station. Huge outdoor place, good for picnic, bubbles & kite. During weekends you can see few street stand sell drinks, kite and rental bubbles kit.
