What a fun experience! I love how the creative HK native duo combined local Taiwanese ingredients with western presentation style. Their menu is also constantly changing, so each visit guarantees a different experience. Everything tastes differently from what it looks, so every bite is a good surprise. I’d be back!!

Lan lu is one of those special places that are so rare to find. Unpretentious food paired with quality drinks and hosts that truly care about the wellbeing of every customer. A small no menu concept that caters to everyone who desires truly homemade food, although the concept ‘homemade’ applies even from the tableware to the very special simple decor to the herbs garden on the roof. With advanced notice very individual care wether you are vegan, vegetarian or allergic to something. Great music collection and great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Great people and vibe. It makes you feel like you are at home no matter how far you really are. The creativity involved in the restaurant is ever changing with a theme based meal to take old memories and convert them into new experiences.
