My girlfriend and I love cooking (including Thai cuisine) so we were very much looking forward to this class and it exceeded the expectations! The class is a good mixture of instruction, demonstration, and actually cooking things. Everybody gets their own wok station, chopping board, little cute ingredient trays etc. We actually learned quite a bit about different ingredients and their role in classic Thai dishes and the food we prepared was exceptional! It was actually among some of the tastiest food we’ve had in Thailand. Our instructor was super funny and witty which made for a great vibe. Class size is small. You get a recipe book at the end. Everything is organized perfectly. Must-try experience in Bangkok.

As a local, I always thought a one-day cooking class wouldn’t teach you much. However, after experiencing it myself, I’ve completely changed my mind. I absolutely loved the class—it was both entertaining and informative. We opted for a private class, which was easy to book and allowed us to choose our own menu. The flavors were authentically Thai—bold and rich, just like how locals enjoy their food. Everything was incredibly delicious. I don’t usually eat Pad Thai, but the one I made myself was the best I’ve ever had. One of the highlights was the morning market tour, which gave a real insight into Thai culture. Although we didn’t buy the ingredients ourselves (the class had already prepared everything), it was an immersive experience. Back at the class, we even got some extra treats to take home. We learned to cook four main dishes—Tom Yum Goong, Pad Thai, Papaya Salad and Green Curry—finishing with Mango Sticky Rice. Now I can make them all on my own. Huge thanks to the mentor for such a fantastic experience! The class stayed true to authentic Thai recipes, with a level of intensity that reflects the real flavors of Thai cuisine.

Came as a family of 4, with 10 and 12 year old kids. We all really enjoyed the experience. You visit a local market to buy ingredients and then return to the kitchen to cook. We all got to make individual dishes, and the staff were fantastic at helping the kids out. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this cooking class! It’s perfect for beginners (like me) and experienced cooks (like my wife). From the start, the school was warm and welcoming. Our instructor, Yai, took us on a local market tour and even shared her favourite types of mangoes—such a nice personal touch. I greatly appreciated that the class used halal meat, making the class accesible for Muslims like me who have been struggling to find places that serve halal Thai food. The class was hands-on and immersive, giving us a real taste of Thai cooking. We made shrimp Pad Thai, Tom Yum soup, mango sticky rice, and a delicious chicken dish (the name escapes me!). Best of all, we got to enjoy everything we cooked. Yai taught us the fundamentals of Thai cooking and the key flavour profiles used in Thai cuisine. At the end, we received a fun certificate, Thai chopsticks, and a recipe book that’s definitely going on my mantle. Highly recommend this experience—such a fun way to spend the morning and a great way to escape the rain and experience Thailand! PS The class left us VERY VERY FULL
