2 Booker St, Spotswood VIC 3015, Australia
It is realy interesting place to visit. There were lot of small children with their teachers around but that adds interest. There are many interactive things to do and fresh ideas to think about. Some things could be already updated.
The science museum was pretty good, and the planetarium show was pleasant and fun for the kids (they learned a few things too which was great!). Not as good as some other science museums, but still a good way to spend a few hours. Food was very overpriced and definitely worth taking your own food. Some of the shows were okay, but could be better.
I love learning how things work and used my granddughters visit as an excuse to visit ScienceWorks. Almost all of the exhibits worked and there were a number of wonderful surprises. Tip. Go upstairs and experience the sound powered sofas. (You're welcome)
Give yourself ample time to enjoy this place. I reckon you need atleast 3-4 hours to observe and enjoy the place. Light show and Solar system was superb.
Scienceworks is a fantastic place for curious young minds, full of hands-on activities and fun ways to learn about science and technology. Every visit sparks new questions and excitement. It’s a great destination for families and a must-visit for anyone with kids who love to explore and discover!
