The pool is very shallow and opposite of ANZEC memorial. There are many benches around it.I found some Boys practising skateboarding on one side of the pool in d afternoon. Its a serene and peaceful place, U can finish a novel sitting in the benches.
Great Peaceful Place to Sit Down,Relax and take in the Wonderful View of The Pool of Reflection .The Anzac Memorial is the Building in Front of The Pool of Reflection which is Dedicated to The Australian & New Zealand Army Corp Soliders who fought in Gallipoli during World War 1.Its also a Wonderful place to visit and pay Tribute to those who fought for Both Countries and Freedom.
Part of the memorial within the beautiful gardens, is the pool of reflection which adds to the tranquility of the area.
Shallow pool of water built after world war 1 to commemorate the men and women who served during the war. Nowadays, it provides a quiet respite for Sydneysiders inbetween their hectic work days. Patrons chill around here in the afternoon with the occassional bin chickens. It also provides a good vista for the Anzac Memorial.
Nice reflection pool!
