Decent well maintained park (excuse the flooring that was poorly designed for tropical place). You get free WiFi and restrooms. The commissary does not take cards and you must use cash.

A quiet little park with a beautiful statue and fountains. Clean but in need of some maintenance. No benches to sit on but a nice view of the city. Across the street from the exit is a restaurant. Snack shops and restrooms are to the left of the Plaza down the hill a bit.
