Really fun, one of the better escape rooms. Not confined to one room kind. Props and setups were interesting. The live actor greatly enhanced the play experience. Staff were friendly. We played the Heroes. Thrilling but not the horror scary kind which was great. We had some abrasion from one of the 'activities' but no big deal. Can wear longs for those who are concerned. Overall highly recommended and would be back for other games.

One of the best escape rooms we experienced! We chose the Haunted Doll : The Writer. The venue is clean and much well maintained compared to the rest that we went to! Staff at front counter was very friendly and we felt very welcomed. Host was extremely energetic ( shall not elaborate more to avoid spoilers:) ) and the best, the live actor. The acting was superb and effort 1000000%. Thumbs up for all staff and a job well done!

This was really a very entertaining experience for a first timer. We went for the Haunted Doll and all I can say is my group enjoyed the entire immersive experience from start to end. Highly recommended for family and team bonding.

Came on 27 Dec, 12.30pm slot and tried the Marvel room. It was EXCELLENT. Front desk staff's instructions were clear and was patient with us, the actor was great in staying with the storyline and game, and puzzles and gadgets were awesome. Contrary to some of the other reviews, I actually liked it that the game staff stepped in to give us clues when we were stuck. It shows that they were really observing and making sure we are on the right track. I think they really set the bar for escape rooms, I will definitely be back:)

We had an amazing time at LOST in JB: Eco Palladium, playing their latest theme — School of Magic! The whole experience was super fun and required lots of teamwork, which made it even more engaging. Special shoutout to Professor Ms. Coconut, the live actor, who did an incredible job immersing us into the magical storyline — we truly felt like students in a wizarding world! Our team — Blue, Durian, Watermelon, and Cucumber — had a blast. We actually came to celebrate Cucumber’s birthday, and at the end of the game, we even sang a birthday song together with Professor Coconut! A magical experience from start to finish. Definitely deserves a 5-star review — highly recommended for fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories!
