I’d recommend you checkout their website before going to book your tickets without having to wait for the next tour, because they have set timings for each tour. I really appreciated that they provided the tours in multiple languages, Arabic, English and Indonesian.. (not sure if they have others as well). The tour was very informative and I really liked the imagery when they explained how Mecca and the Madina looked like back then. And, there were sections where we got to interact with the hologram of some items that were used back in the day to explore more by ourselves which was nice. At some point the tour felt rushed but I don’t feel it was as bad as other reviews make it seem like considering the time limit, and that we were informed about the duration before booking, which is 1 hour per tour btw. It is a good thing that they are expanding and making new tours to deep dive into more aspects about The prophet Muhammed (عليه الصلاة والسلام) because there are so many information that can be shared about him and his life. Looking forward to those in the future inshallah.

Admission to the video documentary; an evocative and enlightening audiovisual depiction of the Prophet’s (PBUH) life costs 70 Saudi Riyals and is unquestionably a worthwhile experience. It is important to note that photography and videography are strictly forbidden within the premises. However you can visit the museum’s souvenir boutique for free. A diverse assortment of souvenirs are available, including keychains, refrigerator magnets, bracelets, necklaces, and ornamental home décor items which ideal for gifting to loved ones. Overall, the visit proved profoundly enriching, and I would strongly endorse it to all those who are visiting Makkah. The museum is conveniently located on the second floor of the Makkah Clock Tower.

There is a lot to see and digest here. Takes you on a journey in the Prophets (pbuh) life and journey. The guide rushed through a few things as there was a lot to cover. I think it is best if they leave every on their own to explore. The videos describing the life and living in Mekkah and Medina was very insightful, truly brings the past to life and gives you an understanding of life in the past. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing museum of our Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam's legacy. It was such a blessing to learn about the history of the Prophet and the journey he took to bring Islam to the world. The museum had a really nice layout and a very good immersive experience. With plenty of interactive screens to use and English speakers to guide you through the tour. The museum shop was the best part, there was plenty of good merchandise to purchase and reasonably priced too. Overall a great experience and the staff were great and would definitely recommend a visit if you are in the clock tower area.

Went here for the shop, not the musuem, as they sell previous kiswah with certificates. Historically, Kiswahs were not available for the public, gifted only to royalty or diplomats. So this new opportunity we couldn't miss when we were on Umrah. Beautiful cave-life design with marble, of course, and a wide range of kiswah from pen, rings, frames etc. Sales lady was so nice, helpful and kind, hope she get commission for her sale.
