I visited the Hep Five Ferris Wheel in September 2024, and it was an amazing experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Osaka. I arrived at around 5:30 pm, and the timing couldn’t have been more perfect. Watching the sunset from the Ferris wheel was absolutely breathtaking—the colors of the sky and the city below were so beautiful, creating a magical atmosphere. Fortunately, it wasn’t crowded during my visit, so the ticket purchase process was quick and hassle-free. The staff were polite and efficient, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The Ferris wheel itself is a standout attraction. As it slowly ascends, you’re treated to panoramic views of Osaka. From the top, the view is stunning, offering a unique perspective of the city. The combination of urban landscapes, distant mountains, and the warm glow of the sunset made this experience unforgettable. The cabins are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of space to sit back and take in the scenery. It’s a relaxing ride that lasts just the right amount of time to enjoy the views without feeling rushed. Whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, or with family, the Hep Five Ferris Wheel is a fantastic spot to add to your Osaka itinerary. It’s especially recommended for those who love photography or simply want a memorable way to see the city from above.

Cool experience for the price. 800 yen each (around £4) and the wheel moves slow enough that you're on it for about 10 mins or so I want to say. (I didn't count but it felt quick). I do wish you could opt to just go round again within that price though as it did feel over pretty quick and it doesn't so the thing that most wheels do where it stops at the top for a bit and allows everyone a chance at having that top level freeze view. Bonus points for having air conditioned cabins and a Bluetooth speaker built in. Again though, don't have much time to really chill and put on some times. Felt like it was over pretty quick but a cool experience off the bucket list.

Went here with Osaka Amazing Pass, it’s not crowded at all when I went so we could get on the ferris wheel very quickly. It’s a nice break from so much walking and I can enjoy Osaka skyline from above. Worth going if you have the time ☺️

It on top of HEP Fice Mall. Go to top floor to ride this ferris wheel. Bought Osaka e-pass. Easy entry using QR code. Inside cabin can bluetooth music from your phone to enjoy while riding the ferris wheel. Overall enjoyable experienced seeing surrounding buildings from top!! Ride duration approximately 15 mins.

This attraction came with the Osaka Amazing Pass and it was worth visiting. No lines when we went there and it made it better. U get amazing views of Osaka during the ride
