Air-conditioned waiting lounge with ample seating. My kids also enjoyed the view of boats, cruises and Penang Bridge from the lounge windows.

Super easy travel it’s for free to travel by the ferry from here to butterworth (20 mins ride)

Very Organized, Clean and the security officers are so nice.

Penang Cruise Terminal is an old but fully functional one, our cruise ship dock here for the day, not a lot in terms of upgrades or any bells & whistles. A few shops selling souvenirs and local crafts along with tours...at least the vendors here are orderly in their little booths. The port itself is clean...but not comfortable enough for guests to relax for a period of time, not much is on offer and looks very much outdated.
