I was pleasantly surprised with the range of games available and smoothness of play, we chose the Arcade option and the staff were helpful in suggesting a suitable first game to introduce VR as it was the first time for some of the group. We went as a group of 5 including a 13 year old and age appropriate games were clearly labelled. We were able to split up into sub groups which enabled us to play different games with lower maximum player counts. The staff were on hand most of the time to help when needed and overall it was a very enjoyable and novel experience.
It would have been useful if there was the opportunity to check how much time is left of one's slot when in-game, if there was a '5 minute warning' and if at the end of time there was a leaderboard with scores instead of just ending into a black screen.
All-in-all despite being an expensive activity generally, it seems good value for money relative to other VR experience providers and we had a fairly smooth and fun experience. Would go again!

Great birthday party for 7x ten year old girls!! The venue looks great, the games are amazing & the staff are friendly, clear with their instructions & patient! - enthusiastically making sure that each & everyone enjoyed themselves & ensuring they had the most fun. Took my 7 year old nephew here yesterday for a birthday gift as both he and I love VR. Parked on the main high street as couldn’t find any other parking nearby but be prepared to pay an extortionate amount for the parking. Firstly, it’s a bit tricky to find but eventually found the little door on the street which took us to the basement where DNA VR is. So firstly, it’s terrible that it is not wheelchair accessible as there is no lift. But ok, neither of us use a wheelchair, I’m just mentioning. The place is simple, designed minimally with a few booths and a couple of control centres. Anyway, we didn’t have a booking but the staff let me book the next session online whilst we were there as it’s cheaper than booking in person - they even gave me a discount code. I have to say, customer service was incredible - both the guys working there were lovely and highly professional. Explained how things worked really well and went over the controls until we understood and then started the Arcade Games experience for us. Me and my nephew were in different booths but could hear each other on the headphones and were able to play multi-player games together and the staff were there with us throughout the whole experience on the headphones and giving instructions when we needed it but weren’t intrusive. The lenses on my headset were really dirty so the whole first half was a bit blurry for me - at first I thought it was my eyesight until I took it off because it was giving me a headache and I realised it was the lenses - I was transferred to a different booth where it was much better but wasn’t happy about that first half. The arcade games were really fun and the whole VR experience was really immersive - though not lifelike - more like being in an animated movie. 1 hour went way too fast and only got to play 2 games as it took some time to figure out the controls. It’s a bit pricey for what it is and if it was a little cheaper, would’ve definitely played more and longer - saying that, my nephew did enjoy himself.

Our first time being there, children haf a wonderful time experiencing VR with an array of games to choose from. Staff were helpful guided the children and talked them through. Conveniently located by the mall so can park up there, plenty of restaurants to dine beautiful location.

Been here twice for team socials and loved it! I did Christmas story the first time. The experience was fun but the story was alright. This time we did Chernobyl and that was amazing! The story was good, the game was fun, and we solved it with 6 minutes remaining! Definitely a memorable one. Would recommend
