Very accommodating service, fast response. The driver was friendly, pleasant and easy to communicate with. I recommend this if you’d like to explore the local life at Bintan, as the driver has lots of good local recommendations (food, places, etc.). The best Bintan Taxi. Recommended!

Considering the lack of transportation options at Bintan Lagoi area, this company is a godsend. Ordered the half day tour which was excellent and we enjoyed ourselves going to the sand dunes, kelong restaurant and 60 min massage. This was followed by another booking for one way trip to Tanjung Pinang the next day. On both occasions, admin staff was efficient and prompt. Both drivers were punctual and polite. We would have paid twice if we had used Cassia Bintan's services.

We booked 6 hours driver service, a taxi service for another day, and a trip to fireflies, the coordination is effective and our driver Erik is super friendly. Erik brought us to local restaurant which is cheap and good, gave us suggest during our trip. We enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely book their service again and recommend to our friends!
